Nampara Brewery

The Nampara Brewery is now a functioning all-grain brewery. This is different to the kit brewing previously carried out here, this is Real Brewing!

My first two attempts did fail due to various problems, the main one being I didn't know what I was doing!
So now we have two brews courtesy of the Graham Wheeler Brewing book, the first being the lovely Exmoor Gold, there will be about 28 pints of this by the start of October. The second is still fermenting and will be Timothy Taylor Landlord. My efficiency was wanting on this so it will be quite weak. That said I love a hoppy thirst quencher so I'm not bothered and am sure it will still be a nicer brew than any of the kits that i have grown out of.
I will still continue to make lager kits, they are easy to do, cheap and if left to mature taste great. My problem has been leaving them long enough to mature!
